Dr. Luo has received 10 years of formal education and training with masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He has over 25 years of clinical, teaching and research experience. He is national board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology and Oregon State licensed. He is a doctoral faculty member at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and is on faculty at the Oregon Health & Science University. Dr Luo specializes in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and other areas of expertise include: Pain Management; Women's Health Issues; Immune & Autoimmune Disorders; Stress & Depression; Gastro-Intestinal Disorders; Sports & Auto Injuries.
